Terms of use
Effective 7 October 2026. These terms cover the Encored app and encoredconcerts.app. The privacy policy explains what information we handle. Contact: support@help.encoredconcerts.app.
The service
Encored helps you discover live shows, save the ones you care about, and see public plans from friends. Listings, dates, venues, lineups, and ticket offers come from other sources and can change or be wrong. Check the venue or seller before you travel or pay.
Encored does not sell tickets
A “selling” save means you are telling friends you have a spare. It is not a checkout, a listing fee, or a guarantee. Links to ticket sellers leave Encored. Their prices, refunds, and rules are theirs. We are not the merchant and we are not a party to that purchase.
Accounts
You need an account for saves, friends, and a profile. You agree to give a real email, keep the password to yourself, and choose a username that is not someone else’s name or a slur. You must be able to form a contract where you live, and you must be at least 16. You can delete the account in profile settings.
What you post
Your username, photo, city, saves, and logged performers are yours. You give Encored permission to store and show them as the product works: to you, to friends when a save is visible, and to anyone you send a profile link, for the public parts of that profile. Do not upload a photo you do not have rights to use.
Acceptable use
Do not break the law, harass people, scrape the service in a way that degrades it, try to get into someone else’s account, or use Encored to spam or to sell tickets as if we were the box office. We can suspend or delete an account that does this.
Friends and links
Friend requests are between two accounts. Either person can remove the friendship. A profile link is a URL. Anyone with the link can try to open it. Share it only with people you want to reach.
Other services
Maps, Spotify, city search, concert data, and ticket sellers are separate services with their own terms. Encored is not responsible for their content or outages. Spotify export only runs if you connect Spotify.
Our rights
The Encored name, the app, and this website belong to Encored. You may not copy the product or present it as your own. Concert names, artist names, and artwork remain with their owners and appear so you can recognize a show.
Availability and liability
The app and site are provided as available. Shows get cancelled, data can be delayed, and a link can fail. To the extent the law allows, Encored is not liable for lost tickets, travel, or indirect damages arising from listings or from using the app. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot legally be waived.
Changes
We can update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. If you keep using Encored after that, the new terms apply. If you disagree, delete your account and stop using the app.
